About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and maintain a robust risk and control framework within global insurance claims
- Leverage data analytics to enhance insights and decision-making
- Manage related projects
- Develop and maintain Risk Control Matrices and Claims Process Narratives
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, business processes, and operations
- Build strong relationships with key process owners and stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct control testing to evaluate process effectiveness
- Collaborate with data teams to design, enhance, and maintain control reports and dashboards
- Consistently execute assigned tasks and meet performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in the insurance industry
- strong understanding of claims processes and internal controls
- Strategic thinker, innovative and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently on assignments of moderate to high complexity
- Project management and data analysis experience
- Ability to adapt and embrace change
