Regularly report on key customer metrics including contact frequency, renewal rates, and add-on revenue.
Tackle customer challenges head-on, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Partner with marketing, new sales, success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management within SaaS or technology industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and a consultative approach.
