About the role

  • Account Manager turning customers into raving fans for a SaaS event management platform. Building relationships and driving retention for a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for a portfolio of awesome clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers see real results and ROI from EventsAir.
  • Deep dive into each client’s business goals, crafting strategies that align our world-class products with their success.
  • Drive customer retention and revenue growth through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Regularly report on key customer metrics including contact frequency, renewal rates, and add-on revenue.
  • Tackle customer challenges head-on, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Partner with marketing, new sales, success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management within SaaS or technology industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a consultative approach.
  • A love for teamwork, innovation, and celebrating shared wins.
  • An enjoyment to tastefully upsell and cross-sell consultatively to our customers along their journey with EventsAir.
