Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth across Japan. Engage with top-tier clients in professional services and drive partnership development in Tokyo.
Responsibilities
Generate sales with the existing client companies in your designated territory through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
Identify key sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers at target companies, understand their roles and objectives, and effectively communicate the benefits and applications of Euromonitor’s data and solutions.
Develop client relationships to grow network of users, grow usage, establish Euromonitor as must-have, develop partnership style relationship, understand company organisation, strategy and priorities, ensure renewal, secure incremental revenue (up-sell and cross-sell).
Provide research support to clients as required. Evaluate and promote usage within each client company.
Train users face-to-face or via online demos.
Manage contract renewal negotiations. Identify and act on opportunities for revenue growth using “consultative selling” techniques, team working with sales people on each account.
