About the role

  • Administration roles focusing on various support tasks at ESO Education Group in Tauberbischofsheim. Delivering effective management and coordination for educational administration.

Responsibilities

  • Central contact person for students, parents, teachers and external parties on administrative matters
  • Contract controlling and maintaining student records in a database
  • Perform administrative tasks and support day-to-day administrative operations
  • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Coordinate and carry out marketing activities in collaboration with the responsible management levels
  • Purchase office supplies and furniture
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Preparatory financial accounting and management of the petty cash
  • Organize inventory
  • Administration and financial accounting for the EU Erasmus+ project and the "Ausbildung Weltweit" program

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk)
  • Strong numerical understanding
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
