About the role

  • Assistente contábil responsible for operational activities at RD Saúde, managing material control and inventory tasks. Engaging in a hybrid workplace in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and assess assets coming from stores and distribution centers, including operational and manual tasks, considering handling of different types of assets;
  • Control the intake of assets, recording entries in spreadsheets and ensuring proper organization of materials in the warehouse;
  • Periodically perform physical inventory of assets, ensuring identification, traceability, and verification of items allocated in the Asset Center;
  • Manage transfer movements and necessary asset write-offs, keeping information up to date;
  • Support the management of warehouse routines, contributing to organization, control, and the smooth operation of operational activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
