About the role

  • Office professional managing customer accounts and overseeing payment processes at a logistics company. Supporting daily operations and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including reviewing and posting incoming payments.
  • Monitor outstanding balances, including dunning/collections and payment processing.
  • Prepare and process quotes, estimates, invoices, and other order documentation.
  • Enter and maintain customer and order data in the company software/system.
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and support day-to-day operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the accounting department.
  • Process customs documentation and export shipments after appropriate onboarding/training.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training, e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Clerk, or equivalent.
  • Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and confident communication in customer-facing situations.
  • Independent, structured working style and reliability in handling numbers and administrative processes.
