About the role
- Assistente Contábil managing assets for RD Saúde. Role involves controlling inventory, material organization, and supporting operational activities in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform activities related to the receipt, sorting, organization and control of materials.
- Receive, sort and evaluate assets coming from stores and distribution centers, including operational and manual tasks, taking into account the handling of different types of assets.
- Control the intake of assets by recording them in spreadsheets and ensuring correct organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Periodically carry out the physical inventory of assets, ensuring identification, traceability and verification of items allocated to the Asset Center.
- Control transfer movements and necessary write-offs of assets, keeping information consistently up to date.
- Support the management of warehouse routines, contributing to the organization, control and smooth operation of operational activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting (completed or in progress) or in related fields
- Knowledge of accounting standards, with emphasis on CPC 04 (Intangible Assets) and CPC 27 (Property, Plant and Equipment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
