About the role
- Support role in project management and business development at EUPD Research. Engaging in projects around social sustainability and corporate health management in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in project management and business development
- Independently execute individual and sub-projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary departments: Project Management, Business Development, CRM and Communications
- Act as a point of contact for clients in relation to our Corporate Health certifications and product offerings
- Coordinate audit appointments and support the organization of Corporate Health events
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals
- Maintain data and integrate it into websites, proposals and project/CRM systems
- Support research tasks (contact information, market actors, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, marketing, health management or a comparable field
- Enthusiasm for hands-on project work
- High level of independence, commitment and reliability
- Precise, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with an open and communicative manner
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
- Understanding of the economic and social importance of Corporate Health Management for employers
- IT affinity for new software solutions and confident use of MS Office
- (Practical) prior experience in Corporate Health Management is an advantage
