About the role

  • Junior Operations Planning Analyst maintaining operational balance and eliminating waste in construction for Tenda. Focused on continuous improvement in operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • People management: keep the team continuously updated and developing both technically and behaviorally through training and knowledge sharing, with the goal of motivating, training and guiding them to develop and achieve the targets set by the company.
  • Keep participants in Kata practices grounded in the culture’s concepts through training and experience sharing, aiming to motivate, train and guide them so they help achieve the company’s established goals.
  • Implement, embed and disseminate the Kata culture by creating processes, routines, rules, standards and communication to ensure cultural development and create/monitor area indicators by analyzing Katas to provide Tenda visibility on the progress of the culture and the area.
  • Responsible for the administrative management of the vertical team, as well as monitoring performance indicators and production monitoring systems; also responsible for implementing new teams.
  • Responsible for managing continuous improvement of vertical processes and reducing vertical construction costs, aiming to ensure line stability and the best performance in terms of safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people.
  • Responsible for managing Production Planning and Control (PCP) and analyzing success factors, as well as processes aimed at ensuring line stability and the best performance in safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people.
  • Act as guardian of the Tenda Industrial Model, keeping lean leadership routines active and effective (regular communication, structured problem solving, continuous improvement projects, leadership development and process confirmation activities).
  • Encourage the performance and recognition of the Operations team at Tenda by managing the Factory Excellence Program (PEF) and promoting other related initiatives.
  • Responsible for planning, standardizing and managing continuous improvement of construction processes on production lines, aiming to ensure line stability and the best performance in safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration.
  • Lean tools, Microsoft Office suite, business knowledge, experience in a factory model; experience in Operations/construction site is desirable.
  • Resilience, communication, creativity, innovation, depth of analysis, people management.
