Responsibilities
Identifying, approaching, and developing key accounts in the (inter)national enterprise segment
Managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to handover to Account Management after closing
Developing tailored strategies for acquiring and growing key accounts with a focus on sustainable new business
Engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders at eye level to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities early
Delivering product presentations, workshops, and strategy & advisory meetings at decision-maker level — both digitally and in person
Conducting market monitoring and competitive analysis to ensure activities for your key accounts remain up to date
Collaborating with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to address customer needs holistically
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally with international exposure
You excite existing customers through up- & cross-selling of new solutions
You develop your own strategies to generate new leads
