About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for managing international clients and driving digital compliance transformation. Developing strategies and fostering partnerships with key accounts in the B2B SaaS sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, approaching, and developing key accounts in the (inter)national enterprise segment
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to handover to Account Management after closing
  • Developing tailored strategies for acquiring and growing key accounts with a focus on sustainable new business
  • Engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders at eye level to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities early
  • Delivering product presentations, workshops, and strategy & advisory meetings at decision-maker level — both digitally and in person
  • Conducting market monitoring and competitive analysis to ensure activities for your key accounts remain up to date
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to address customer needs holistically

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally with international exposure
  • You excite existing customers through up- & cross-selling of new solutions
  • You develop your own strategies to generate new leads
  • You take ownership of tasks and enjoy working in a team
  • Tasks matter more to you than titles and you are curious about self-organization
  • You work cross-functionally with various teams and external partners
  • You speak German and English at C1 level
