Responsibilities
Responsibility for the sales-oriented management and development of our existing customers
Systematic identification and implementation of up- and cross-selling opportunities
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders you manage commercially
Deliver product presentations, workshops and webinars and continuously develop our customers
Conduct thorough needs analyses with our customers, from which new features and offerings are derived
Work together with Customer Success to develop ways to increase customers' usage rates of our software
Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Legal teams to provide our customers with the best possible service
Monitor the market and competitors and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our offering
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally with international exposure
You excite existing customers through up- and cross-selling of new solutions
You develop your own strategies to generate new opportunities
You take ownership of topics and enjoy working as part of a team
You value tasks over titles and are curious about self-organization
You work cross-functionally with various teams and external partners
You speak German and English at C1 level
