Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
- Hold a professional qualification.
- Candidate would need excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and take briefs from the project lead on large projects.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Good understanding of HVAC and building controls.
- Experience in the design of plumbing and drainage systems is preferred.
- Training and professional development of junior and intermediate engineers.
