You will conduct a thorough literature and market analysis of existing approaches to partner management used by SaaS companies.
You will identify relevant criteria for selecting, evaluating, and developing sales partners.
You will analyze existing digital tools and platforms that can support partner management (e.g., CRM systems, partner portals).
You will develop a scalable framework to structure and automate partner lifecycle management.
You will create a consistent concept and validate it using a real SaaS use case (e.g., etalytics GmbH).
Requirements
You are studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
