- Handling coordination and strategy for branded events at Estadão. Crafting narratives and experiences that connect brands, clients, and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, formats, and narratives for branded and multi-sponsored events;
- Understand client briefs and translate them into integrated communication solutions;
- Structure strategic rationale, value proposition, and competitive differentiators for projects;
- Create brand journeys, content, activations, and experiences tailored to each event;
- Prepare strategic presentations (decks) with clear, client-focused storytelling;
- Map market opportunities, trends, and relevant topics by segment;
- Define KPIs and measurement formats for project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Communication, Public Relations, or related fields;
- Experience in marketing planning, communications, or branded content;
- Knowledge of brand journeys, communication funnels, and positioning;
- Proven ability to design and structure owned events or branded experiences;
- Understanding of formats, activations, stage dynamics, content, and audiences;
- Ability to integrate editorial content and brand positioning with clarity and logic;
- Produce proposals with strong writing, storytelling, and strategic rationale;
- Present and defend projects to clients;
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience with multi-sponsored projects or large-scale events;
- Knowledge of the advertising market, trends, and content formats;
- Prior experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or in strategic marketing/branded content roles;
- Demonstrated creativity to generate viable, innovative ideas;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially on projects with multiple sponsors.
