Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate hiring
Document intake meetings with hiring managers
Post job descriptions accurately through the ATS
Enter requisitions into the ATS for headcount approvals
Review resumes to identify quality candidates in coordination with the TAP
Conduct recruiter screens for summer intern candidates
Schedule all interviews
Own ESRT’s Talent Outlook inbox and help manage the calendar
Meet and greet candidates for onsite interviews
Manage candidate information within the ATS to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Experience in full-cycle recruitment coordination/administration
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination and operations
Corporate environment preferred
Familiarity with AI-supported recruitment tools or talent platforms and awareness of guidelines for responsible use
