About the role

  • Founding Account Executive for AI EdTech platform, focusing on market launch in Germany. Responsible for strategic growth initiatives and establishing public sector partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outbound: Cold outreach, networking, and creatively breaking into public sector accounts.
  • High-Energy Networking: The public sector buys on trust. You will travel heavily to trade shows, shaking hands, and becoming a visible partner to educational leaders. (This brand is famous for its bright, disruptive energy at traditional events - you must be ready to stand out).
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Owning the pipeline from the first cold call to multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • The Tactician: You understand how to navigate complex politics and bureaucracy.
  • The Builder: You have zero ego. You are comfortable building your own playbooks and backing your own execution.
  • Language: Native-level German (C2) and professional English are strict requirements.
