Responsibilities

  • Make telephone contact with customers to monitor their use of our solution and ensure a positive experience.
  • Track the status of contract and subscription renewals, assisting in the retention process.
  • Record interactions and update information in the CRM system.
  • Identify potential customer needs and route them to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the Customer Success team in developing strategies for engagement and customer retention.
