Responsibilities

  • Part of the team responsible for leadership development and leadership excellence across the organization
  • Design, host, and co-facilitate the group-wide Top Talent Programme
  • Develop and implement performance management processes
  • Support top management performance by managing onboarding processes
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across teams
  • Lead management team workshops

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience and insight in leadership
  • Experience in strategic projects related to business, organizational or people development
  • Several years' experience working with senior executives
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Hands-on, independent and structured working style
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in a multinational company (advantageous)
