About the role

  • Providing First Level Support for software users in B2B debt collection at EOS KSI. Working hybrid with flexible hours and ample vacation days.

Responsibilities

  • First-level support for software users
  • Handling requests in the ticketing system
  • Workflow design and message management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (business administration or equivalent)
  • Prior professional experience in the debt collection environment is desirable
  • Knowledge of the IKAROS debt collection software is an advantage
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
