About the role

  • Junior Mitarbeiter im IT Support bei home24 in Berlin. Unterstützen interner Anwender:innen und stellen sicher, dass Technik reibungslos läuft.

Responsibilities

  • First- and second-level support for technical inquiries.
  • Proactive support of internal users with IT systems.
  • Ensure lifecycle management of all client systems and devices.
  • IT setup and provisioning for new sales locations.
  • Creation and maintenance of IT documentation.
  • Close coordination with and support for the third-level team.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google products.
  • Basic understanding of networking.
  • Team player with friendly communication skills and a quick grasp/fast learning ability.
  • High initiative and structured way of working.
  • Willingness to travel for site setups and to participate in on-call duty.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
