Responsibilities
Resolver incidencias de hardware, software y redes de forma rápida.
Brindar soporte presencial y remoto a usuarios.
Escalar problemas complejos a IT global cuando sea necesario.
Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos y dispositivos de red.
Instalar y actualizar sistemas operativos y aplicaciones corporativas (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive).
Registrar incidencias y soluciones en Fresh Service Desk.
Mantener actualizado el inventario de activos y licencias.
Apoyar proyectos de IT como migraciones, actualizaciones y mejoras de infraestructura.
Requirements
Licenciatura en TI, Sistemas, Redes o afín.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en soporte técnico (entornos industriales o corporativos).
Inglés intermedio-avanzado para comunicación técnica con IT global.
Experiencia en Office 365, Active Directory y diagnóstico en Windows.
Conocimientos básicos de redes (switches, routers, VLANs).
Habilidad para resolver problemas y comunicar con claridad.
Organización, proactividad y capacidad para priorizar.
