About the role

  • Call Center Agent handling debt negotiation calls in Germany. Assisting clients with empathetic communication while working in a hybrid environment split between office and remote.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct empathetic telephone conversations with debtors
  • Negotiate viable payment arrangements
  • Apply professional guidelines and leverage strong communication skills
  • Remain calm in challenging conversations and respond in a de-escalating manner to different situations
  • Work in a rotating shift system with regular, scheduled hours
  • Use modern IT systems and benefit from comprehensive onboarding
