About the role

  • Technical Recruitment Lead overseeing large-scale technical hiring initiatives. Leading a team of recruiters to build scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 technical recruiters
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with business goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
  • Support onboarding and skill development of new team members
  • Drive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across complex technical domains including software engineering, data, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Design scalable hiring strategies for high-volume and niche roles
  • Ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and client expectations
  • Act as an escalation point for complex hiring challenges
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility assessments
  • Manage senior-level client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion ratios, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and automation
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality of hires
  • Guide advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and other platforms
  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and evolving skill demands
  • Support the team in building sustainable talent pipelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 6+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 5–6 recruiters
  • Strong background in agency or consulting recruitment environments
  • Deep understanding of technical roles including software engineering, data, DevOps, AI, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Experience setting and tracking recruitment KPIs
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Advanced sourcing expertise and familiarity with ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
