Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor accounts payable and receivable routines
- Manage and monitor operational cash flow
- Monitor customer delinquency and support collection activities
- Ensure financial reconciliation and orderly recordkeeping
- Support validation of payments prior to release
- Consolidate financial information to support management
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the income statement (DRE)
- Support budget control (budgeted vs. actual)
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Manage hires, terminations, and documentation control
- Support internal communications and administrative routines
- Organize contracts, documents, and internal controls
- Track and update people-related KPIs
- Map and propose improvements to administrative and financial processes

Requirements
- Experience with financial routines (accounts payable and receivable)
- Knowledge of cash flow management and financial controls
- Experience with administrative processes and operational HR
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analyses)
- Power BI is a plus (not required)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or service sectors is a plus (not required)
