About the role

Responsibilities
- Support with investment and fundraising projects – from initial analysis through to successful execution
- Build financial models, business plans and investor presentations to assess business models and investment opportunities
- Conduct market, competitor and company analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, pitch presentations and investor discussions
- Contribute to M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence and transaction structuring
- Produce decision papers and research reports for management and investors
- Continuously monitor capital markets and relevant industry developments
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics (Volkswirtschaft) or a related field
- Initial practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity or consulting is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and confident handling of financial models and common tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, optionally PitchBook/Capital IQ/Mergermarket/Crunchbase)
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, capital markets and strategic corporate development
- Structured, precise and independent working style – even under time pressure
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team player with initiative and a willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
