About the role

  • Support Specialist ERP in a software company assisting clients with ERP system updates and documentation. Responsible for client support, maintaining usability, and enhancing system knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain manuals, documentation, and knowledge bases — for internal teams and our customers
  • Ensure an up-to-date, user-friendly FAQ database
  • Plan, execute, and provide post-implementation support for system updates
  • Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate update processes
  • Log, analyze, and resolve technical issues and incidents
  • Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams

Requirements

  • Technical understanding and IT knowledge (e.g., VPN, servers, networking)
  • Some experience with ERP software or willingness to learn quickly
  • Enjoy explaining and documenting complex topics clearly
  • Structured and analytical working style with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced service orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German
