About the role

  • Account Manager promoting kollabo's digital platform to potential clients in Switzerland. Supporting and training existing clients while managing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

  • You identify potential customers, proactively approach them, and manage the entire sales process through to contract signing.
  • You manage existing clients, conduct regular check-ins, and proactively develop the partnership.
  • You plan and deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and training, ensuring our customers make optimal use of the platform.
  • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and actively propose appropriate solutions.
  • You work in a structured way within the CRM, maintain your activity records, and keep a close eye on your KPIs.
  • You provide market feedback and work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Tech.

Requirements

  • You have a completed vocational qualification or degree and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or the staffing services sector.
  • You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills and proactively engage with clients.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and maintain oversight even when handling multiple tasks.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and enjoy explaining complex products in a clear and understandable way.
  • You have excellent German language skills; French is a plus.
