  • Field Sales Manager responsible for selling EnerStar Solutions products and managing business development efforts. Focusing on account penetration and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell EnerStar Solutions products and integration of services to existing and prospective accounts
  • Drive business development efforts and maintain existing customer base
  • Represent EnerStar Solutions in presentations and briefings
  • Assist in preparing proposals and position EnerStar Solutions strongly
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and forecast accurately
  • Prioritize safety and comply with safety protocols
  • Create market awareness through prospecting and networking
  • Develop strategic account growth plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Oil Field experience
  • Sold over $2,000,000 annually in a related business
  • Demonstrated the development of strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated experience selling Company core business solutions
  • Thorough understanding of product positioning, competitive conditions, and value proposition
  • Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
