About the role

  • Key Account Manager acting as a liaison between integrators and Sirius Energia. Focus on client relationship management and end-to-end sales processes in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for key accounts;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
  • Develop a trusted consultative relationship with accounts, client stakeholders and internal partners;
  • Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
  • Assist integrators/installers daily via phone, email or WhatsApp;
  • Prepare quotes as required;
  • Negotiate photovoltaic kits considering variables (lead time, price, product, payment terms) aimed at closing and subsequent after-sales support;
  • Collect payments according to the agreed terms and ensure proper settlement;
  • Request invoices from Finance and forward them to the integrator/installer;
  • Coordinate with Logistics on order dispatch and track shipments until arrival at the end customer's address;
  • Gather all necessary data for entry into bank partnership/financing platforms (if the customer opts for financing);
  • Manage disbursement funds related to equipment installation;
  • Report to senior management, providing support and market insights with the aim of improving revenue and meeting targets;
  • And other related activities.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (full Office suite)

  • Bachelor's degree
