Responsibilities
- Technical and/or disciplinary leadership of employees within the area of responsibility
- Create group planning in coordination with the Department Head and support the department’s operational and strategic planning
- Lead, monitor, and organize work within the team in line with objectives set by senior management or the Department Head
- Responsible for the team’s budget, quality, schedule and all safety standards
- Propose staffing and budget plans
- Responsible for optimal allocation of resources and continuous improvement in technical, personnel, and structural areas
- Ensure and promote the ENERCON culture and ensure compliance with policies, processes and standards within the team
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Management and leadership skills and knowledge
- Experience with internal business organization, processes, policies, regulations and procedures related to quality, safety and wellbeing
- Familiarity with application software and business process automation (SAP, Lotus Notes, ARIS, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of product and work preparation/planning
- Knowledge of wind turbine installation and heavy/oversized transports
- Technical expertise in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering and in assembly/installation technology
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, proactive and strong communication skills
- Valid driving license for Germany
