About the role
- Leading the Quality Management team for wind turbine systems at ENERCON. Responsible for budget, quality, and safety standards in renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities
- Technical and/or disciplinary leadership of employees within the area of responsibility
- Create group planning in coordination with the department head and support operational and strategic planning of the department
- Lead, monitor and organize work within the team in alignment with goals set by senior management or the department head
- Responsible for budget, quality, schedule and all safety standards within the team
- Propose personnel and budget planning
- Responsible for optimal deployment of resources and continuous improvement in technical, personnel and structural aspects
- Ensure and promote ENERCON culture and compliance with policies, processes and standards within the team
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Management and leadership skills
- Experience with internal business organization, processes, policies, regulations and procedures related to quality, safety and wellbeing
- Knowledge of application software and business process automation (SAP, Lotus Notes, ARIS, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of wind turbine installation and heavy transport
- Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering and assembly techniques
- German and English language skills
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, proactive and strong communication skills
- Valid driving license for Germany
