Responsibilities
Support in planning and executing sales and marketing activities (e.g., staffing, social media, follow-ups and client communication) with a strong practical and implementation focus
Research, identify and pre-screen potential clients, partners and relevant events
Assist in project management including prioritization, tracking and follow-up of open tasks and deadlines
Prepare and compile presentations, reports and decision materials for management and internal stakeholders
Maintain, update and structure client and project information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
Contribute to planning, organizing and running internal events such as trade shows, workshops and team activities
Coordinate internal and external contacts and support smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
You are currently enrolled at a university, e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics or a comparable program, ideally at master’s level
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and have a strong hands-on mentality
You have a pronounced sense of organization and responsibility
You communicate clearly, professionally and solution-oriented
You are interested in topics such as digitalization, the energy sector and SAP
Very good German skills and good English skills
