About the role

  • HR Intern at Par Health providing support in onboarding, offboarding, and talent management. Engaging in process improvements and data analytics in a corporate HR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on project related activities, such as Onboarding and Offboarding and Talent Management processes.
  • Assist with process mapping and process improvements (pre-hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle management).
  • Support integration activities related to current and new HR processes.
  • Conduct data reviews and audits of HR system data to ensure completeness of documentation.
  • Identify gaps and assist HR staff with making corrections where necessary.
  • Perform data analytics around recruiting and retention.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program related to Human Resources, Organizational Design, and or Business Administration.
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Motivated self-starter, operates independently
  • Strong communication skills
