About the role
- Director of Licensing leading Fortnite licensing management and global licensee relationships. Collaborating with internal teams to support brand strategy and optimize product execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day licensing management for Fortnite
- Manage global licensee relationships from product development through retail execution
- Support Epic Games brand and product strategy

- Partner with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to manage deal tracking, royalty performance, and quarterly reporting

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, or brand management
- A deep understanding of brand and franchise development, product lifecycles, and global retail trends
- Proven success managing multiple high-profile partners and priorities with precision, diplomacy, and accountability
