Requirements

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive technical leadership experience
- At least 5 years in management
- Strong fluency in AI and automation
- Experience managing complex projects to completion
- Demonstrated authentic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement skills
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, independent decision-making, and change management capabilities
