Support the development and scaling of the Group’s HR model
Act as the primary HR point of contact for the clinics
Advise and support operations directors on strategic HR directions
Oversee clinics’ compliance implementation
Partner with clinics to design and implement employee-related solutions
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Proven knowledge of HR principles and best practices
Fluent English is essential
Ability to shift between operational tasks and strategic planning
Strong business acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
