Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage outbound load scheduling and order release in line with defined SLAs and capacity plans
Ensure accurate and timely communication with the wider operational team to support smooth and efficient daily outbound operations
Act as a key point of contact for outbound workflow queries within the department
Liaise with customs, transport providers, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant information is captured for successful and compliant outbound activity
Maintain compliance across outbound processes, ensuring documentation and system updates are accurate and completed on time
Oversee transport bookings and support the release of work to the warehouse operation
Collate, maintain, and input accurate data into relevant reports, providing insight across performance, delivery, quality, and compliance
Requirements
Previous experience within a warehouse, 3PL, or e-commerce operations environment
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work accurately with data and reports
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or the ability to learn new systems quickly
A well-organised, proactive approach with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
