About the role
- Event Program Manager leading planning and execution of NI-hosted events. Overseeing event logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination for seamless experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and operational execution for NI‑hosted events, tradeshows, and virtual events
- Manage RFP processes, venue sourcing, site evaluations, and vendor/agency selection
- Oversee logistics including room layouts, AV, catering, signage, registration, and onsite operations
- Maintain scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to drive operational consistency and efficiency to enhance attendee engagement and streamline workflows
- Track event performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future investments
- Manage global event budgets, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, reconciliation, and financial oversight across multiple regions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10+ years of experience in event operations, event management, or experiential marketing (B2B preferred)
- Experience with RFP management, venue sourcing, vendor/agency oversight, and budget tracking
- Proficiency with event management platforms, CRM/marketing automation systems, and lead‑capture workflows
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
