About the role

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees regarding compensation and benefits programs
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary data for calculations and letters
  • Assist the Total Rewards team with projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for 3-6 months (2 months minimum)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with mail merge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
