Program Manager overseeing key government contract vehicles and programs for a Mythics company. Responsible for compliance, reporting, and communication with government program offices managing modifications.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager is a mid to senior level role that serves as the manager of a portfolio of key government contract vehicles and programs that have been awarded to a Mythics company
Serve as the primary point of contact with the government program office for each vehicle in their portfolio
Responsible for timely upkeep of current product and service offerings available via each contract vehicle
Involves submission and negotiation of modifications to the awarded contract to include adding new vendors, establishing subordinate agreements (blanket purchase agreements or participating dealer agreements), addition of new products, removal of deleted products and updates to pricing and terms
Responsible for all compliance and reporting matters associated with the programs they support
Work closely with the Business Operations and Vendor Management teams who will obtain updates to price lists and will prepare the modifications and reports needed by the Program Office
Conduct regular meetings/calls with assigned contracting officer for the applicable contract vehicles
Drive Contractor Assessment Visits (CAVs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), or related recurring reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
3-5 years’ contracts experience in State and Local and Federal government and commercial contracting environments
Knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel required
Reseller experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, gathering inputs from various stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
