About the role

  • Program Manager for Learning & Development at a technology-driven healthcare solutions company. Focused on designing and managing learning programs to enhance organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage end – to – end learning programs
  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and performance challenges
  • Translate business problems into scalable learning solutions
  • Lead end to end design of learning programs
  • Facilitate learning programs for professional/behavioral and managerial development
  • Own the entire program lifecycle: Needs analysis, design & deployment, pilot and rollout, measurement and optimization
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners
  • Define success metrics aligned to business outcomes

Requirements

  • Post Graduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Significant experience in program management
  • Solid facilitation experience
  • Proven exposure to solutioning for business problems
  • Experience in corporate, consulting, or large-scale organizational learning environments is an advantage.
