About the role

  • Lead Program Manager at FactSet managing client implementations and enterprise migrations. Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction across financial software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations
  • Focus on successful end-to-end delivery of FactSet solutions
  • Ensure consistency, transparency, and predictable outcomes across all assigned programs
  • Accountable for program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed program plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
  • Partner with client project management and senior stakeholders
  • Drive mitigation plans and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, priorities, and escalations to stakeholders
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects
  • Establish and monitor quality standards and acceptance criteria for deliverables
  • Lead client readiness, training, cutover planning, and transition to production
  • Contribute to PMO initiatives, standards, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations
  • Experience in the implementation of a financial system within a bank, insurance company, or Asset Manager is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage expectations, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and influencing global, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive consensus in client-facing roles
  • Ability to adapt project frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and contract deliverables
  • Hands-on experience with PM and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and change control processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMP® or PgMP® certification preferred
