- Provide conceptual guidance and further develop work in the secured living unit
- Provide professional supervision to nursing assistants, students and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality‑focused and structured manner
- High level of commitment and strong organizational skills

- Team player with social competence and a strong sense of responsibility
