About the role

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse (health and nursing) with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Teamwork skills and empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity/IT skills
