About the role

  • Claims Handling Administrator responsible for managing motor claims and incoming correspondence. Creating files and ensuring actions are executed according to customer agreements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand different types of documents and actions required for each
  • Data extract all relevant claim information from the document onto the system with high accuracy
  • Raise payments on files with attention to detail
  • Create new claims on the system where applicable
  • Complete post triage and redirect correspondence
  • Identify post needing urgent action and escalate as appropriate
  • Manage work efficiently to meet customer Service Level Agreements
