About the role

  • Data Administrator responsible for maintaining and updating core business data accuracy at CEF. Collaborating with teams to support branch operations and data processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our company wide databases including but not limited to: Product, Supplier, User, Location and Classification.
  • Providing support to colleagues via Jira Service Desk, Email and Telephone.
  • Working with External Suppliers, Procurement and our inhouse companies to ensure price updates are received and processed efficiently, accurately and to specific deadlines.
  • Analytics and GP Monitoring using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other tools.
  • Project Work
  • Administration of all other Corporate Data Processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills specifically the ability to define formulas and use VLOOKUP tools.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to spot potential data anomalies based on predetermined guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Confident using available tools and knowledge libraries to try to solve problems independently
