- Validate configurations in test or staging environments
- Apply configurations in Production environments
- Ensure systems operate correctly after configuration changes
- Update or create documentation related to system configuration
- Manage access to legacy systems and third-party systems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of and experience with ITIL best practices
- Expertise with systems
- Proven experience in systems support/maintenance
- Knowledge of PL/SQL for building queries
- Programming logic
- Experience with Topdesk or similar tools
- Knowledge of electronic signature platforms
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering
- Proven experience with AI agents
