About the role
- Analyst ensuring data quality and reporting consistency in the bank’s financial operations. Responsible for data analysis and visualization supporting management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the bank-wide data quality concept and reporting
- Creation and visualization of data analyses with Tableau to support management decisions
- Analysis and optimization of processes and controls relevant to data quality, including identifying automation opportunities
- Use of relational databases to answer complex queries
- Support for data clean-ups in back-end systems
- Close collaboration with business units and project teams to enable data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or further qualification as a banking operations specialist (Bankbetriebswirt)
- Alternatively, a degree in Banking & Finance or a related field
- Experience working with databases, Tableau, agree.21 or comparable tools, and a strong affinity for numbers and reporting
- Ability to analyze, interpret and explain data clearly
- A highly structured and responsible approach to work
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and implement pragmatic solutions
