About the role

  • HR Analyst structuring remuneration plans and ensuring alignment with internal policies and market practices in a diverse and inclusive company.

Responsibilities

  • Structure job and salary plans aligned with internal policy and market practices.
  • Create new job descriptions and review existing ones.
  • Evaluate new jobs or re-evaluate changed positions according to the current methodology.
  • Define or review job competencies.
  • Propose career and succession plans, supporting adjustments with the business areas.
  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys, comparing market trends.
  • Support studies and simulations on salary impacts and the annual budget.
  • Manage organizational structures and propose process improvements.
  • Validate hierarchy and commission rules, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensure correct application of commission policies.
  • Provide performance and productivity reports to strategic areas.
  • Update organizational charts, roles and hierarchies.
  • Analyze personnel movements and execute changes in the system.
  • Apply salary adjustments in accordance with collective agreements.
  • Validate vacancy requests and employee data.
  • Prepare basic reports to monitor processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Education, or Psychology.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Experience with the TOTVS payroll system is preferred.
  • Understanding of organizational structure.
  • Familiarity with Job and Salary systems (Hay, Mercer, or Wisdom).
