- Conduct salary and benefits surveys, comparing market trends.
- Support studies and simulations on salary impacts and the annual budget.
- Manage organizational structures and propose process improvements.
- Validate hierarchy and commission rules, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure correct application of commission policies.
- Provide performance and productivity reports to strategic areas.
- Update organizational charts, roles and hierarchies.
- Analyze personnel movements and execute changes in the system.
- Apply salary adjustments in accordance with collective agreements.
- Validate vacancy requests and employee data.
- Prepare basic reports to monitor processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Education, or Psychology.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Experience with the TOTVS payroll system is preferred.
- Understanding of organizational structure.
- Familiarity with Job and Salary systems (Hay, Mercer, or Wisdom).
