About the role

  • Process Lead for global transformation in rebate accounting at Intel. Standardizing processes and tools while managing stakeholder relationships across finance and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and Tool Standardization: Identify deal structures and payment practices that conflict with Accounting Standards..
  • Project Management: Participate in planning and executing long range transition plans of 90+ accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent the Global Rebate Accounting Standard Practices (GRASP) team in multi-organizational forums.
  • Rebate Close and Controls: Collaborate with CAO Rebate COEs on Close execution recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master or MBA degree in Business
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or rebate management
  • At least 2 years in a lead role
  • CPA, CPI, or equivalent certification
  • Intel pricing experience
  • Proficiency in SOX compliance, US GAAP, and rebate accounting standards
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools.
